01. පවුල් තේරීම -
- සමීක්ෂණයට අනුව ප්රමුඛතාවයෙන් පවුල් තේරීම.
- සමෘද්ධි සංවර්ධන නිලධාරී, කොට්ඨාශයේ ප්රාදේශීය කළමණාකරුගේ නිර්දේශය සහ ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්වරයාගේ අනුමැතිය අනුව සහනාධාර ඉවත් කරන්නන් වෙනුවට නව පවුල්වලට නව සහනාධාර ලැබේ.

i. Cash to Hand
එය ප්රතිලාභියාගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට බැර වන අතර සමෘද්ධි බැංකු හරහා ලබාගත හැක.
ii. Compulsory savings
එය ප්රතිලාභියාගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට බැර කර ඇති අතර මුදල් ලබා ගැනීමට පහත නිර්ණායක වලින් එකක් තිබිය යුතුය.

- ළමයෙක් විශ්වවිද්යාලයක ඉගෙන ගන්නවා නම්
- විශේෂිත රෝගයක් (වකුගඩු, පිළිකා, සැත්කම්)
iii. Housing lottery
- One win for each Divisional Secretariat will be won monthly.

iv. Social Insurance
The money will be released for the following purposes.
- Rs. 7500 each for three children
- For marriage Rs.7500 each (maximum of two marriages)

- Donation for hospitalization is Rs. 7500 for 30 days per year (Rs.250 per day -maximum donation Rs. 7500)
- Birth of twins Rs. 5000 and three births and more Rs. 10,000 per month for one year
